I have yet to ever use a specific plan to do it. Usually I just read through books that get me interested at the moment, or I'll go cover to cover. I love the habit, though. I'm not sure many Christians are actively in the Word each day.

I've been using #8. They have 20 different plans I believe. I have been using one that will get me through the Bible in 8 months. 10 chapters from 10 different books keeps my ADD at bay.
